Emotions and Us :)

This is what I’ve learnt in 14 years of my living. I don’t like to say I’m upset unless I really am very upset. I like to laugh at my weakness, because it proves you’re a sport. I grin at all who come in my way, even my biggest foe, because that is what I define life to be.

Life is useless if we always muss and keep thinking about what’s wrong, instead we should prefer to what’s right. It’s impossible that a person has absolutely nothing right in his life and all is wrong, and if it’s so then there’s some fault in his perception and outlook.

Make life simple. Don’t think too much on why what and how. Just say okay. Don’t panic. Life’s long you’ll get enough time to change what’s wrong. Don’t say it’s over. Say better luck next time. Don’t say let’s stop. Say let’s try it a new way.

But all through while, make it a must that a heart warming curve also called smile is pasted onto your lips, permanently. Even through sorrow and pain, you have to smile. A smile makes a person powerful. It makes the opposite peson wonder whether, am I iving a wrong life?

Think on it & Smile.

Finally, I would say just smile, grin and laugh out loud. Life’s here for a while live it openly, baby!

Cry. Just Cry out your pain and sorrow.

‘Don’t stuff yourself with negativity and insults, it’ll will kill you slowly. Be cool. When you’re just too upset and broken grab the nearest arm and cry out. No one will stop you, everyone has a heart. Say it all. Don’t let your pain overpower your love.’

Life is the most unpredictable ride a person, I believe can experience in his/her lifetime. There is always a time when you just have to cry it out. You simply don’t have any other option. And at this time, believe me just do it. Cry. Cry out to your heart’s content. One thing you need to take care is that at this time you have a strong shoulder next to you. A shoulder you know will never break down however plump you become. If you don’t have a shoulder like that, then you need to find one soon. Because no one can live this life completely alone, everyone needs support.

Sometimes you may feel left out and alone with people you’ve loved the most, at that time it’s better to spill out all you have in your mind, without thinking for a moment. Yes, it may hurt the opposite person’s feelings, but if that person has truly loved and cared for you till that point of time he’ll understand.

Finally, I would just say,

‘Crying doesn't make you weak, neither does it show your scared, it actually shows that you love to express yourself, to your hearts content.’

Depressed. Depressed. Ah maybe next time!

Get that in you. You got to forget that there’s something called ‘depression’. Depression can get onto your nerves and disrupt all your happy moments. Remember being depressed is not going to get you elation or enlightenment but just that unwanted sympathy. I’ve experienced a lot of such stuff in my own personal experiences and that beckons me to rethink on various decisions I took. The decision I took to keep myself closed. The decision I took to be sad. The decision I took to be depressed. I regret it, partially thought but yes I do. Maybe, if courage and hope had been magnified a little more at that time, then I could have added some more precious moments to the book of memories I carry in my heart.

Being depressed, is of kind fun for sure. Because suddenly you are garnering so many eye balls and being asked and cared for too much. But one point you need to keep in your mind is that this attention is a result of mere sympathy, and is extremely short lived.

I believe that life is too short, there’s no time for sorrow or hatred. There’s only room for love, peace and happiness. So, I wish in the coming years of this world people stream towards elation and hope even in the darkest situations.

I hope I could revive back those lost emotions of happiness and hope in your heart, to be used when required.
