My significant other, Roger and I extend returned from an 'excursion get-away. We drove from Reno,NV to Bend, Oregon, up through the Oregon Wine Country to Portland down the shoreline of Oregon. One day in the middle of, we traveled to Napa for the arrival of our preferred wine, came back to the Oregon Coast and concluded that we needed to return to the California Wine Country so we headed to Healdsburg and put in a few days. At that point it was on to San Francisco for a couple of days. San Francisco, one of our preferred urban communities, was having their debut Food and Wine Festival that I have been anticipating for quite a long time.
I am a foodie and a companion of wellness - a portion of my companions consider me a wellness enthusiast... On our last night when we happened onto an eatery that served both a 'full part' and a 'dainty bit' and we were both ready to have our own 'unimposing bit' - these bits were a similar size that I serve at home: 4 - 5 ounces of protein with heaps of veggies. It was a genuine treat.

Having followed this routine during our trip, I was much less on edge about gathering up with my scale when we got back. It's such an extraordinary inclination when you don't have what I call 'post-excursion blame'! My scale and I had our pivotal gathering and not an ounce picked up!
