Father's Love

The disobedient child is back
Have nothing in hand but crack
Chased by thugs in the middle of the night
Bound by sins and no where to hide

"Come to me and I will protect you from harm,
Turn away from sins and I will show you love,
Provide you home for a fresh start"
The father reached out to him with open arms
Accepted his scars and gave him warmth

How wonderful is the power of grace!
He sees perfection when you think you're lame
Willing to die to give you life
Presence so bright which makes you fall on your knees and cry
