Farewell

It was for the last time,

That we came out of our second home.

Childhood was now over,

And we bid it farewell with our tears.

No more comfort of the amazing teachers,

No more scolding sprees.

No more familiarity of age long friends,

No more friendly bouts.

We went, taking all memories along,

Venturing out into the unknown world.

School was finally over, But it was a new dawn,

Now began life. It was now our fight.

We would conquer the world,

We promised our guides.

And raise their flags up into the sky,

Making them proud for creating such humanity.
