When i was a kid, i always looked at the window staring at the dark sky, playfully counting the stars and hoping that a meteor will fall down right before my eyes. They said that a falling star can make your wishes to come true.
It's amazing that i would still held on to that perception even i am half of my way to my life's journey.
There are certain things i discover as i began to look at the sky not just seeing only a spot on my window. The sky is so wide, the stars were countless that it takes a million years for me to calculate it, how funny it was that a mere child has been taught of that belief on wishing upon a star. But i encountered so many people, young and old who still stared at the night sky and waiting for that falling star to pass by. Then the thing that i realize is the essence of why we keep on waiting. It's because we have hope, we hope and believe. Believing is something can't be explained literally but it can be expressed. Expressed by means of working on it, no matter how rough the road is. I know you understand what i meant. Just like wishing upon a star, we set all high and go in deep to get of what we all desires, we Follow our dreams, we work on it that we will hold on to that, no matter what.
Waiting and working it out is a two different things. But when we put it together, I can say, what we believe we can truly achieve.
So, let's look and watch out for a falling star in a open window to a dark and wide skies, and when you see one, chase it. Chase and follow your desires.
