Godzilla: King of the Monsters is a monster film directed and co-written by Michael Dougherty. This movie is a sequel to Godzilla (2014). Godzilla: King of the Monsters is the 35th film in the Godzilla franchise and also the third Godzilla film to be completely produced by a Hollywood studio. The movie will introduce three of Toho's classic creatures to the American series Rodan, Mothra and the three-headed King Ghidorah.
