Everything falls down
That much I know
If that's how gravity works
Who am I to question so?
Throw a rock off a cliff
And you know where it lands
No second, no less
It becomes part of the ground
But then you start to wonder
If it is you on that edge
One step from free fall
Will you splatter and be dead?
But then an eagle swoops in view
All magnificent and free
You stare at the sky, and knew
That is where you want to be
