Her Hope

As she lied there like a dead body trying to make herself feel something, she realized the only thing she can make herself feel is the feeling of loneliness as he had left her. Left her like she was no one to him. Like they never had anything special, like he never wanted to be with her, like he never cared for her. She started to feel that there is something wrong with her, maybe. Because at the end she was the only one getting hurt all the time, like she never meant anything to anyone. She had lost the reason to which she existed, she felt lost. She felt like no one wants her or likes her. She was alone with herself, just her and her thoughts. She felt very dense, heavy and hard to move on. “How can people move on from someone they love so dearly once?” she thought. She wasn’t even able to move on from a single memory of them. All those memories were just too special. Its not like she can erase them from her mind. They were a part of her after-all. Loosing those would be like loosing herself. And she had already lost him and now she can’t afford to loose herself too. At least one of them had to have some hope, and in this case it was her.
