It is okay to be exposed to limited hours on artificial light if needed for work, or you might want to have a cozy workroom. However, too much of it might cause different types of cancers such as breast and prostate. This can also affect your melatonin production and can have a long-term health effect.

Trading is a good source of income, but we must also bear in mind that health is wealth. Taking good care of our immunity takes a lot of healthy food intake, ample time for exercise, and doing other leisure to balance our lifestyle.
