The molds for ASB machines are famous across the globe that provide a one-step process to perform both injections and blow molding techniques. This is provided by sufficient injection mold clamping that allows the machine to mold both wide and narrow-mouthed containers of various shapes and sizes. The simplest of mechanisms
While the process needs to be seen to be believed, but any of the molds for ASB machines or AOKI machines follow a single-stage, three-station process. This dramatically improves the characteristics of the plastics and allows them to be molded biaxially with a stretch-blow technology. This eliminates the need to reheat the product as the single-step required performs both heat conditioning and injection molding at the same time. This allows the production line to only be three stations long while the product has high strength and quality while being lightweight and thin-walled.
The molds for AOKI machine open up various ways to add value to the container molding directly from the raw material. The reduced steps ensure that the risk of defects of the product and any possibility of breakdowns of the production line are minimized. The residual heat generated by the injection molding preforms the raw material before providing it the necessary shape and size. It also reduces the cooling time and helps the industry to downsize their chillers to save additional transportation, heating, and other costs, time, and labor. This drives the profits and allows for higher production volumes.

The normal molding systems that do not use either the AOKI or the molds for ASB machines involve reheating the preforms. This always produces a layer of air between the preform and the heater that equalizes the preform temperature. An equal temperature makes it even more difficult to produce an accurate temperature differential that further produces waste of the product. Using these machines allows the preform temperatures to be carried out with the injection molding that provides precise temperature control. This controls the injection speed, pressure, thickness, and colling time while combining all of these into a single-stage process.
