I wish anxiety didnt give me panic and anxiety attacks.
I wish anxiety didnt give me a heavy chest feeling, making it hard to breathe.
I wish anxiety didnt make me dread for specific events.
I wish anxiety didnt exist.
Even though I wish for these things and you might aswell. You cant make anxiety disapear, it would still come back but..there is a way to help with it. To make it not as noticeable.
Try breathing exercises, think happy thoughts instead of things that make you anxious..
Those are 2 things that I do and I recommend that to you.
