I'm sure I thought i was ready

here comes entrance exams and interviews
i was sure i was ready
with my life planned out
i took the steps confidently

sure

or so i thought
as the results came in and it wasn't what i expected.
yes I'm already in.
but not exactly were i wanted to be.

Maybe that's how life usually turns,when you thought you have it all under wrap.

she throws you a hard ball you can never catch.

or maybe she's just letting you run so you can find the goal.

whatever it is first let me rest my restless soul.

just for a minute, just to be composed.

so i can once again keep on running trying to reach that messed up goal.
