It felt good.

It felt good that I wasn't saddened by the presence of a guy, 

Of another girl's guy.

It felt good that I didn't feel like it was a waste.

At least for one last time, we shared an awkward laughter,

We joked like we were old friends, 

I mean we were, but we were more than just that, you knew

In your eyes,

I could no longer see a future

I could no longer see our plans, our dreams,

I could no longer see myself as part of the future you're looking forward to

In your eyes,

I saw happiness

Happiness that no longer includes me

I realized,

I was gone.

It's time.
