INFATUATION WITH A STRANGER

All of us have travelled enough to have some memories,both ordinary and special
This is one such unforgettable memory of my journey with her.
It was late afternoon and me and my best friend Sarthak,were in between a high voltage badminton match at a local indoor stadium, opponent's were leading and we were just two mistakes away from loosing(2 points).Things weren't looking positive as I was distracted all throughout the match,gave away easy points and missed scoring chances.It was solely because of him,his awesome playing skills and constant motivation to keep trying led us to a tie.We were fortunate enough that,on basis of other team performances we got through league stage.
After the match we had a small chit chat on pro and cons of the match and the next one.Before leaving he said"there are good days and there are bad days,don't think much.Call her after I leave".He knew it was last night spat with Meenakshi,that kept me distracted since morning..
I know you all are a bit relieved to read a girl's name after reading the title.Yes!she was my girlfriend then.(And she was smoking hot)
Now continuing.. Leaving court I headed towards room.After reaching I freshened up..grabbed an apple, locked my room,walked some distance to reach a bus stop as my regular routine where I spend some time  everyday with my thoughts and feel relaxed looking at racing bikes,cars and busy humans..
Just when I was about to sit,I saw her(not meenakshi) inside an autorickshaw that stopped before me and I could not take my eyes off her.Distracting me was the baboon faced driver calling me,who hardly had hairs left on his head and teeth stained red by chewing paan (bettle),one of a kind face to forget.
Sorry for detail description of the driver and yes,she was insanely beautiful,a confident and serene face with clear jaw line,there was something about her bright eyes that glued my attention to her...some kind of naughtiness or may be it was the eyeliner,kohl..mascara..I don't know but she was awesome and before I could react I was already inside the autorickshaw and it started moving.
A minute later she picked up a call,and her face turned somber and tear droplets started flowing down her cheek as she disconnected the call.
I was confused on my next action and decided to ask"Is everything alright??"
She took no time to reply"I don't know but I hope so.."and then turned her head towards me with the eyes I found naughty moments ago but now had tears..as if she was repeating my question in mind and wanted me to console  her,then she turned away leaving me to myself,sympathetic but speechless.
After some silent glances and no words to exchange we reached the bus-stop. When paying the autorickshaw fare she lacked change and I paid for her..
She started unloading her baggages,it was then I saw her completely(By this i mean the Gaudi's Sun tatoo on her arm)and with that her flight ticket in her jeans.This made me more curious to know her..
Bringing me to reality she asked"can you come with me to that shop?? I have give back your money".
We were walking towards the shop when she noticed the bus that was about to leave for her hometown.She indicated towards the bus feeling sorry,that she will not be able to pay me back,as she had to hurry.
But being the hero of the story and a gentleman,I couldn't leave her alone and with  a smile said"don't worry we have a common destination and you can pay my bus fare".Saying this ,at that time I had no idea where the bus was even going and more importantly about money left with me to return.
We rushed towards the bus,in between I stumbled and she held my  hand(beyond expectations but,lucky me!!),there was only a single window seat left and I gestured her to sit.
As the deal (sounds funny),she paid.She managed well throughout the journey hiding her tensions,deliberately laughing,playing with a little kid Alisha(she was cute),tapping her mobile,watching outside window she calmed herself making me restless  with shades of her character,unravelling layers,mesmerizing me with  simplicity,her looks with wind playing with her hair made me wanting her more..
Occasionally when she stared at me I had to act to show I was not aware,there were times when she knew I was acting and smiled..
It was all good,untill our eyes met five minutes before the bus stopped. Looking into her eyes I felt like I was in love again and it's true that I was falling for her..even if it was momentarily.
There was rush to climb down from the bus and she left early.It took me some time to get out.I searched for her but in vain.She was gone.
I couldn't believe that even I was unable to ask her name.But then Destiny has it's say over us.It surely has...
As I turned back to leave I saw her hugging her mother (guess) and then the duo sat inside a car.Seeing this I turned bitchy about her lack of gratitude for me.
Again proving me wrong,a head popped out of the car window,she waved at me,did thumbs up(may be things got right then),smiled and said "THANKS",not loud enough but i got her..That made my day..more accurately the evening.
Sometimes it happens in life that strings do get attached with beautiful strangers.There were numerous possibilities of our meeting,but i dont complain..some moments are better to cherish and relive than to question.
While returning I had a good,sweet talk with meenakhshi and I used the same above phrases to woo her..
