The Qur'an contains all the knowledge a Muslim needs for life in this world and the Hereafter. As Muslims, we must recognize the rights that the Qur'an provides for Muslims and follow its instructions. To fully follow the Qur'an's instructions, we must also acknowledge our Online Quran Classes Qur'anic rights. When Muslims understand these rights, they will be able to give the Qur'an the place in their hearts and lives that it deserves.
Just as the Qur'an and Sunnah mention other important things in the life of a Muslim, Qur'anic rights are their obligations. Allah, the Highest, has granted rights to every creature, and His word, the Qur'an, is no exception.
So what the rights of Muslims are as defined in the Qur'an?
These rights can be divided into five broad categories.
Belief in the Qur'an is of paramount importance to followers. Faith is the first pillar of Islam, and since the Qur'an is the book that teaches Islam, it is necessary to believe in the existence of the Qur'an. If faith is the foundation of religion, then faith is also a revelation, because revelation is the word of God. Religious followers believe that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was given the hadiths by the angel Jibril; they believe in his teachings and regard them as the only universal truth.
"The Qur'an is an unquestionable book, a guide for those who know God" [Qur'an 2:2].
When we believe in the Qur'an, we believe in its power; therefore, we must also believe in the power of God. To believe in this Book is also to believe in its verses and to accept its guidance as the only right path for its followers.
The Qur'an is meant not only to be read but also to be followed. It is meant to be memorized and used as a guide. That is why the word 'recitation' is commonly used in connection with the Qur'an. Muslims must also read this book with the correct Tajweed, i.e. the correct pronunciation. This is necessary to understand the true meaning of the book, as there are still many dialects of Arabic. We are committed to providing the best platform to learn the Quran in Tajweed.
"Read the Qur'an, for He will come and intercede for His people on the Day of Judgement" [Sahih Muslim].
"Whoever recites a single letter of the Qur'an will be rewarded with good deeds, and each good deed will be multiplied by ten; it is not said that "aḥif al-Rām al-Mīm" is one letter, but "aḥif" is one letter, "al-Rām" is one letter and "al-Mīm" is one letter." [Reported by At-Tirmidhi based on Ibn Masud's report].
The Qur'ān is to be recited with proper decorum. First, renunciation is obligatory before touching the Quran Academy. Also, the Qur'an should be kept in a clean and elevated place. The Qur'an should be recited in a clean place, sitting or standing. All these practices reflect the high status of Allah's name in the hearts of true believers in Allah.
The Qur'an is entitled to be understood by Muslims and to fulfill its purpose. The Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is a good guide to understanding its teachings. To understand the Qur'an, one must read its tafseer, which is what scholars have been doing for years. Muslims need to know the Koran to use it as a guide in all aspects of their lives.
The Koran and its Tafseer can be found on many reputable websites. Thanks to advances in translation software, even those who do not know Arabic can easily translate the holy book.
These verses detail the ideal lifestyle of a Muslim. Muslims should follow them. If they do not apply the teachings of the Qur'an, its essence is lost. Therefore, Muslims must follow the precepts set forth. The application of the Qur'an reflects the message it contains and allows one to know its physical beauty, justice, and universality.
The application of the Qur'an is explained in the Qur'an itself and the Sunnah. All these resources and information about the rights of Muslims in the Qur'an can now be easily seen in practice on YouTube and other content-sharing platforms. The Quran contains a code of life for Muslims, and it is the right of Muslims to follow this code.
The Koran also describes the rights not only of Muslims but also of all other creatures that live with us in our kingdom. For example, plants and animals have the same right to live and eat as we do. The Koran is eternal because it is the Word of God and does not need to nourish and protect like God's creation.
It does, however, demand that its followers respect it and have the right to it as supreme guidance. The Bible is so holy that it does not demand this of its followers, but they need it to live a godly life. But they need the Bible to live a godly life.
A good Muslim must spread the truth about Islam. He must spread the message of the Qur'an to those who need guidance. Knowledge cannot be imposed on anyone, and educated Muslims must enlighten and guide those who do not have the opportunity to receive religious guidance.
For example, parents and elders should pass on what they have learned to their children and youth. Similarly, people of this generation can spread the message of the Learn Quran Online through online media and publications.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) made great efforts to spread Islam. He traveled the world to spread the word of Allah, despite being persecuted and mocked. We should follow his example.
Uthman: The Prophet said, "The best of you (Muslims) are those who study and teach the Quran.”We have said that the best ability of a Muslim is to study and teach the Quran. [Sahih al-Buhari, #5027].
We must recognize all the laws of the Qur'an that we have as Muslims and act by the Qur'an and the instructions that the Prophet (pbuh) has given us.
