Letter of truth

It wasn't the scent of every pages

Or the thickness of the papers you sent

It was the words you expresses that made me shiver and wonder. 

You saw something I've never realized that has always been there

The sadness and joy. You see it all even in a distant call

You never failed to say the best things in me even in the worst times

You've always been there

In the corner, checking up on me

Holding that umbrella ready to protect me from the pain that is falling from the sky

You were there. 

But you got tired

For the pain that I inflicted in you 

It got too much to bear

And you got tired

Leaving me behind

With the notes and letters that tells your story

That has me in it

I could feel your pain

But then you left and it was too late when I look back.
