Life without social networking sites? We can never imagine this isn’t it? But wouldn’t our life be better without Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram and what not?
Nothing is perfect; there are disadvantages and advantages of everything. Well, according to me disadvantages are less. The major disadvantage will be that we would not be able to contact our old friends easily.
But as rightly said there is always a way where there is a will. Talking on phones or sending e-mails is better than searching for names in Facebook.
Talking about the advantages, there are many. The first and the most important one is TIME. According to a survey Facebook has the second highest users from India. We use social sites almost every day and once we login, the logout button is not pressed very soon. Just imagine if these things were not there in our life, we would have saved so much of time.
The next advantage is related to the first. When we will have more time we can spend that time with our family, friends and pursue our hobbies, do whatever is useful for us.
Social networking sites actually make people asocial. We spend so much times online that we become uncomfortable with more people around us. We forget that we have a life which is realistic and not virtual. We cannot express our feelings effectively. Expressing our feelings is very vital to keep good relations with others.
We can never build that good relation on social sites as we can when we are physically present with a person, exchange thoughts, and communicate verbally and non-verbally too.
We have decreased living our life and increased living social networking sites. Try and cut short the use of these sites and start living your life. When we will be in any trouble or difficulty people from social sites cannot come for help rather people around us will help.
When we will grow old, we will not remember our Facebook posts, tweets or Whatsapp status rather we will have memories spent with our loved ones.
Enjoy the realistic life, virtual life will not give real happiness.
