Love is about many silly things that make our each and everyday life a bit more easy rather than a apocalypse survival run. As silly as it might seem a hug, a talk, a smile can easy make our day, yet having that one person you can be yourself with is worth a billion hugs, talks and smiles of other persons.
Yes, love is about being there for each other, going through storms together, but it’s also about what we commonly call the little things.
It’s about when someone cracks a joke and having someone to look at, and remember an inside joke between you.
It’s about being in that special person’s arms and feeling the comfort you have never felt before in any home, any shelter, and skin and bones.
It’s about who you want to share with you worst or best news with first.
It’s about who you want to build memories with.
It’s about who you would want to drive 5h for and not minding though you are only going to see him for 5mins.
It’s about the butterflies, the smiles, the laughs, you only feel with.
It’s about how you both could stare at the most beautiful scenery and still believe that they’re the most outrageous work of art you have ever seen.
Love is about the these silly things someone can do to make your day a little brighter without even noticing. Yes, it’s also about having someone to rely on through thick and thin, and sharing moments together. Nevertheless, I truly believe what make you fall in love with a person is a sillier reason. You fall more and more each time he remembers your favourite colour and takes you out at your favourite restaurant. You fall more and more when he buys you roses for no reason. You fall more and more when you smell someone’s perfume and immediately hug the jacket you stole from him to feel like he’s next to you.
It’s those silly, stupid and little things that make you fall in love.
Love could be a blessing or a curse. Then again, if love isn’t the best discovery a human can make, then what is?
My darling instead of fearing love, go for it, give your all. Drive five hours to see that special person for a few minutes. Sneak out of your house to watch the sunrise with him. Do crazy things with him. Love him, cherish him, and create memories. It’s okay if it’s not going to last. It’s okay he’s not the one. You’re still young and still got a lifetime to go, and if it’s going to make you happy even if that happiness is temporary then do it, go for it, trust me. Years from now you’re going to regret it if you don’t.
So do the crazy things, get your heart broken, and love again. Don’t let fear make you miss out on the most beautiful moments of your life.
