Misconception

They throw acid on her face

Coz "if she's not mine she cannot be of anyone else's"

And they call it 'love'.

They stalk her

Coz "she's all I think about"

And they call it 'love'.

They touch her wrongly

Coz "it makes me feel great"

And they call it 'love'.

They rape her

Coz "I want to own her"

And they call it 'love'.

They separate her from her loved ones

Coz "she's only my property"

And they call it 'love'.

But little do they know that

Love is not about captivating them...it's about filling colors in their flight.

Love is not about wanting them to be with you either happy or unhappy... love is about wanting to see them happy either with or without you.

Love is about freedom.

Love is about honesty.

Love is about trust.

But for some unfortunate people love is just a misconception.
