My Food Diary ?

Can a food diary help you lose weight? Can words replace your desire of eating sweet and salty things?

What, how much and why am I eating?

Long time ago, I had the questions written up. Years ago, my desire and thinking about diet, sport and healthy life has grown up. However, the problem is that I could never finish something I start. The best example to give is that this year I have started a diet plan with a doctor supervision; I have spent a lot of money on medicines and lights food, I have lost 5 kilos on the beginning, but three days ago I discovered that I gained weight, over than 2.5 kilos.

I have never started something and finished it.

I learnt from internet that writing my own diaries while I am doing a diet would be good for me.

I used to eat sometimes not because I was hungry but because I was angry.

When I am happy, I eat. When I am sad, I eat. When I am too ambitious, I eat. When I am highly demotivated, I do also eat.

Eating everything but definitely not the good food.

Today, at the age of twenty-four years old, I decided to take control of my weight. I decided to complete what I have started. I want, have and must complete the diet which will be –anyway the results- highly profitable for me.

Moreover, by the diet plan, the point is not to lose weight and get back to normal life. NO!

The point is to learn how to take care of my own body by giving him just the good food and definitely good-bye fast food.

Once upon a time, I heard that we eat to live; we do not live to eat.

It is like when you ask yourself “why isn’t the world a better place?” instead of asking, “How can you make it better?”

Instead of asking, “Why can’t I eat fast food?” let us ask ourselves “How can an Apple make me feel healthier better?”

Isn’t it crazy to think all the time about snacking during a diet, and thinking about healthy food while we are enjoying French potatoes and nuts around a cup of coke?

A good deal…. While you might be thinking of Food, it would be better to read articles about healthy food and write down ideas on your food diary… that might be a motivation tool you can use
