It was your eyes that I've really liked,
It was how you looked at me
and how I was shy.
Losing my confidence everytime you smile,
Oh, how can I forget?
The first time you said hi.

I've always thought that love is just a lie,
but I would be willing to believe in that
lie if I'll have you this time.
I'm maybe complicated but so are they,
I could write hundreds of poems just
to make you stay.

I remembered the first time you laughed at my jokes.
When I tell you stories,
you believe them,
and how you truly do.
I was amazed for I haven't
met someone who gets me like you do.
