Nights

Late at night I awake

Staring on the blank page of paper

I write..

At night I couldn't close my eyes

Staring at the window I breathe deeply

I write..

The night is where I'd think

The night is where I'd feel

The night is where I'd look back

The night is where I'd blame myself

The night is where I'd witness the tears

My own tears

And tears keep on flowing

I'm in so much pain

I can't breathe

Words can't describe how I feel

It hurts..

I've made a lot of mistakes

I can't seem to forgive myself

It’s nights when I feel the pain

I'm heading out, towards the night

All alone but it's alright

Walking silently with no fight

A single soul

A quiet street

I'm all alone

I feel the nights..

I feel its mistery

I feel its beauty

I feel its darkness

I feel its lights

It's fascinating!

Captivating, I'm lost!

Nights spent alone

Feels like miles of nowhere

To one minute I realized

Nights would always be there

Countless of sleepless nights

And I won't mind

The night is mine
