No credit check equipment financing

This right of withdrawal is public order, that is to say that no clause can make you waive it. No indemnity is due to the lender in the event of withdrawal ( article L. 312-26 of the consumer code . You do not have to justify your renunciation of the credit, and your withdrawal must not be recorded in a file.

To retract, you must return the withdrawal form (detachable form) attached to the credit offer to the credit institution, duly completed, dated and signed. Send it by registered bad credit signature loans no credit check letter with acknowledgment of receipt, at the latest on the last day of the withdrawal period ( articles L. 312-19 , L. 312-21 and R. 312-9 of the Consumer Code ).

Keep a copy of the completed slip, as well as the proof of sending the letter and the acknowledgment of receipt.

Also notify the seller or service provider by simple letter.

If the slip is not annexed to the offer, you can send the financial institution a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt on free paper, indicating, by hand, your decision to withdraw.

Take the following wording (appendix to article R. 312-9 of the consumer code ):

"I, [surname and first names *], declare that I have given up the credit offer of [amount *] euros which I had accepted on [date *] for the acquisition of [specify the goods purchased or the service provided] at [name and city of seller or service provider *] ".

(*) These details must be written by the hand of the borrower. Don't forget to date and sign your letter.

If you do not know the name and address of the financial institution, you can send your withdrawal decision to the seller by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

If the credit offer did not include a withdrawal slip, know that this is sanctioned by the forfeiture of the right to interest ( article L. 341-4 of the consumer code ). This means that, if the credit is accepted, you will have to repay the principal but not the interest. This therefore amounts to a free credit.
