What is the price of loving someone?

Is it compromise? Is it the readiness to change for someone? Is it losing yourself to be a part of your lover's thoughts and his world? 

Is it his approval of your appearance and your behaviour?

No. 

Love is something different. Its the nectar of a flower.. which is nourished by the plant which bears it. 

It is unfolding of two secrets which come together unexpectedly. 

It is two railway tracks meeting never to diverge again.

Love is patience, acceptance, happiness, peace.

Love is finding sanctuary in another's mind.

Love is eternal and immortal. 

Yet love is misunderstood. Why so?
