Once a Beauty

Info

Few minutes ago, it was a crystal clear water

Which she ended up struggling against, the

quicksand hiding beneath the sea floor

But it was too beautiful to refuse on sinking

She remembered how her parents taught her to plant

at a very young age; she would bring with her

the seeds she planted, in her heart; home to wild flowers

thus, every time the wind escapes her lungs, she'd breathe dandelions

However, the raindrops dying on her cheeks

created a rosy red mist, and things she never knew exists

silently, a well-mind; home to sunshine and honeydews

sprinkled acid rain, destroying the life she planted
