A letter from a healed heart to a broken one-
I know it seems like everything is over. Like you are broken and pieces of you are missing. Nothing is worth anything anymore and u have absolutely no reason to live.
But I promise you, this night that is your life currently is will have a bright morning, and the dawn will take all of your pain away, most of it at least. The rays of hope will beam over you and you will find reason again.
I am not saying everything will go back to the way it was, or all your pieces will be put back as they were.
You see we give people pieces of ourselves, and when they leave, those pieces leave with them. But I can assure you that the pieces that remain with you will soon join together in a different, more beautiful manner.
You won't completely forget the person either, because we never do. They will be embedded in your soul and your heart will always remember their love, but you will learn to live with contentment.
Then one day you will once again open your heart to someone, embed them in your soul and hand them pieces of yourself.
So please, let time doing the healing, not alcohol, cigarettes or self-harm. Just be patient and don't loose hope.
