PAUSE YOUR LIFE!

Info

We wake up every morning, get dressed well to look nice, have poised communications at work place, work all day and get back home, talk to family and friends, and life goes on. We party well in the weekends, go for classes, shopping etc. Or at the last we do is lie all day on bed. When we reach at this point of life, we need to take break. Yes, a much needed BREAK!

In our early adulthood, we forget to realize that there is a lot of time to earn, work hard, and be responsible. Now is yours and no one else’s. This is the time to revolve around yourselves. There will come a time when life will be surrounded by many people. Until then, feel what you feel, do what you think is right. It is absolutely okay to make mistakes and accept them. All that matters is you have experienced all sorts of life’s little lessons. Life teaches lot of lessons at every point of our life. At this time, we need to understand that all we require is to change. Not changing friends, relationships, parties, trips, projects, designations, profile pictures/status, etc. But change in our thoughts and our expectations from life. It is okay to not check emails/phone/social networking sites or have people around. It is absolutely okay to enjoy yourself.

Break your routine, cut off with people who bring disturbance in you and not peace, downsize your forced interactions, stop your fast-paced footsteps, and run away to a different world that is entirely different than the present. Clean your house, get rid of the dust, roam around in your comforting clothes, put down the mask that had been covering your face, rain-dance on your favorite song (even though it requires a partner-you are your best and right life partner), take out the little phobias that reside in you, breathe and gulp in all the fresh air that nature provides you, watch an aeroplane flying, get drunk crazily, play with kids and feel your innocence, pamper and pet your dog, look at the changes in your body that went unnoticed, eat stuffs that you never wanted to, look back at your old pictures, talk to strangers and move on, sit at the top of the hill and you realize how gigantic life is. Pause your life and feel the difference. A difference that will rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul.
