Reply: Damn boy! Are you a bra?

This is a tweet someone had posted 2 days ago:

"Damn boy, are you a bra? Because you make me uncomfortable but the society has brainwashed me into thinking I actually need you."

While I respect this person's thoughts, this is my humble reply:

No, I am not a bra.

I am a human just like you.

I have a family like yours.

I am not a sex-crazed beast
But a sensible human with a tender heart.

I don't go around molesting girls or raping women.
I respect and care for them.

I make you the center of universe when in love.
I become a patient listener when you want to express your emotions.

I am funny, when you're sad and need someone to cheer you up.
I am a gentle bunny, when you're alone and need someone to hug.

You might think I don't understand you, but it's not like that.
I do. Even if I don't, I try my best.

In the end, I am a man.
Who's expected to be brave and strong.
But this doesn't mean I am incapable of love.

I am not your enemy, but just a fellow human being.

Just because my elders had rigid thoughts, doesn't mean I am also the same.

I am anything but a bra, because I will do anything but make you uncomfortable.

And the society has not brainwashed into thinking that you need us.

You actually need us. But not just as Husbands and boyfriends but also as companions.
