Rescue part-1

Info

“That guy”

This is a letter, to that guy, who never became “the guy” I always wanted. I will any day find that guy, but it is your loss. You lost the kind of love, you never imagined, because you had no courage to deal with it. You became that guy, whom I will never want to see ever in my life or in anyone’s life. You came as a blessing and left as curse. A curse who doesn’t even know how is he going to be a curse for himself, soon, very soon.

I would have loved you if I knew you couldn’t love me back, but you preferred putting up a fake shield which made you stop receiving too, and that shield was all about my faults, the faults I never made. Probably I didn’t realise the only error I made was trusting you to keep giving love. I do not feel bad that you aren’t there in my life anymore, but rather I wasted a heavy dosage of love which I could have given to the right person.

The right person who will listen and understand if I am upset and not claim that I am depressed, the one who won’t promise me stars and moon, but will promise to hold my hand every time I fall, and trust me, he will. Because he will be “the man”.

A man isn’t the one who is tall, broad framed and bearded, but could be anyone who will have a big heart to make me keep my stubborn head on his chest. Who will not lose a chance to touch my fingers with his warm hand and know what is going in my mind.

You, can never be “that guy”, because you are not man enough to even grasp love, forget giving because to be “that guy” you need to know how it feels to think from someone else’s point of view, to understand that, yes, a person can be happy by just seeing a butterfly, who will realize that butterflies are a beautiful creation, not a flying insect. Because love gives you the power to see the world with a complete different, bright, and affectionate perspective. And you are “that guy” who is cursed not to know and feel so.

nicely written but going by the words. "Love is never to be regretted. Never regretted not by words, speech, actions and not by taughts also". love is natural and we dont regret something that is part of us.
Yes I agree.. But that's what I have written, I don't regret that why did I love you but I feel bad that I wasted a huge amount of love that I could have given to the right one.. And thanks for reading :)
