It had been so long, 10 years....
The memories were still fresh in my mind, all those promises to always keep in touch and never stop talking. The pictures we clicked, the shirts we scribbled on, and the numbers we exchanged. I remember it all so clearly.
Today it seemed the reunion party had fulfilled it's objective, reunited those long lost best friends, given the Gossip Queens so much to talk about, the arch enemies had finally made peace. It was so good to relive all those high school moments.
By the end of the day numbers had been exchanged and whatsapp groups created. It was just like last time and exactly like the old times it didn't last long. Group conversations fell silent with the exception of a shared joke every other day and these friends became mere contacts in our phones all over again.
