Falling inlove is easy. Now, staying inlove is an entirely different story. Falling for someone can happen in split second but keeping that feeling for someone can cause you too much energy.
I've been in a relationship for about a decade now. Sadly, it's not just for one person the whole time. I broke my heart few times already. But I'm still trying. I'm still hoping that love will eventually do good for me.
I am being honest in saying that despite of my experiences in terms of handling relationships, I'm still a failure. I don't really know what's the problem but I guess love is just something that I can't master.
Love and relationship are two different things. Just because you love someone doesn't mean that you are going to be in a relationship. That can't happen all the time. Then, just because you're in a relationship with someone doesn't mean that you love him/ her. That's scary but true.
As I was saying, you fall for someone due to various reasons. I personally don't agree that you can fall for someone with no basis at all. That's not realistic. That's doesn't make sense at all to me.You fall for someone because of this and that. You fall for someone because his/ her qualities. Superficial beauty is always a factor and let us all be honest about that. But then again, you fall.
Now, keeping that feeling for few days or weeks is somewhat tolerable. The excitement is there. That fire is there. Fresh feelings. You can name it. However, after that raging feeling is gone, that's when you'll see the flaws. That's when you see the issues. The things that you don't agree with. The attitude. The habits. The norms. The ugly things that you decided to perfectly ignore at first because you are so blinded with love. And that's when the feeling will wear off. That's when you'll start feeling the pain. That's when you start to think of way to end it. And that's when decision-making takes place. It could be either you stick to your gut or you pull the trigger.
