Someday,
we'll be under the night sky
resting upon the dancing grass
gazing at the stars
as they twinkle all around the endless space.
Someday,
we'll be dancing at the beach;
the waves crashing peacefully by the shore
as the sun rises gracefully
and engulfed by beauty we will be.
Someday,
I will be the one in front of the altar
tears flowing, as you walk beautifully—
pondering from a sight I'd want more;
a sight that I've never seen before.
Someday,
I will live to tell the tale
about a woman whom I loved dearly
and filled my life with colors to see,
about a woman that I had aspired to be,
about a woman who meant the world to me.
Someday,
my writing would hold true
a promise it is,
and unbroken it will be—
for this love will wait
'til you utter the words
"I do."
