Sublimity of Curiosity

Popped the first pink shaded pill into my mouth...then the next, and the next, and numerous amount went inside as I tried to wash it down with something strong.

As I was waiting to lose my consciousness, all sorts of petty thoughts came into my mind, just when I decided to let go.

"would it be easier to let go if your body dies along with the lingering flame that sparks the hope inside?"

Or

"Should I put out first that kindling of littlest light that homes inside me?"

Two thoughts typhoons over my mind. Unaware of the time, I find myself slowly losing consciousness without being able to  answer those last words that bothers my messed up mind.

I guess I chose my answer subconsciously, the former. I found my answer.
