Love snores now at night and loudly
It sleeps in during the days it promised to take you out on a date
Love forgets your birthday and anniversary

And it doesn't hold your hand at walks
Love now has changed?
Well, yes. Yes but there's more
Because now instead of texting you
Love doesn't forget your coffee in the morning
And instead of a kiss at night
Arms would just wrap around you so tight when you are sleeping
Love doesn't need to ask anymore how you are doing
It's written on your face and Love has learned to see it
So instead Love gives you time and space to recharge
With a dinner right afterwards if you're up to it
Love sometimes yell, yes,
But just because it's concerned
Sometimes it's just its passion showing
When it thinks you're forgetting to think of yourself
Love snores, but that's fine
It's just when love is tired working for some dime
You rarely go out now for dates
