First, You'll tell a story of what you've been through. You'll tell them the very first day you started having thoughts of taking your own life. Either jumping off a bridge, drowning yourself, spreading your arms widely while you're at the edge of the tall building waiting for the right moment to fly , starving yourself, hanging yourself or even cutting.
You'll tell them how you struggled as you block the negative thoughts in your mind.
How you pretended being busy. How many sleepless nights you've encountered because you're too afraid to sleep because as you sleep your thoughts keeps on bothering you and they whisper awful things that gives you chills so you stay awake for the better. How you coped up with your body getting thinner and thinner. How you prayed and begged God to heal you.
But this time you didn't struggled. And you will never ever be struggling again.
Second, You'll say sorry. You say sorry to everyone you can think of. Including yourself.
You'll try to explain yourself. More specifically why you did what you did.
You'll also give thanks to the people who tried to understand you. That you'll still cherish them in you're perished heart.
You'll remind to those people who will read your letter that they have nothing to do with what you decided.
Comforting them by saying that you just wanted to feel all the good things that you didn't felt while you're still living.
Lastly, You'll bid a goodbye as the last requirement before you take on the place where you'll get the peace you wanted.
