She painted a thousand pictures
All so bright and vivid
Her imagination blotted on canvas
With her heart still dry and arid
The lost pieces of her soul
The colours did not uncover
Yet countless admirers praised her
To the emotions they'd discover
A tint of every shade
Illustrated the chaos in her mind
An untold story unveiled
That left her in a bind
She sought and strived for answers
Through the portraits she created
Yet couldn't unravel the mystery
Which kept her mind so weighted
One day a mindless painter
Wandered through this intellectual mob
Though abhorred by everybody
His heart bore a sympathetic throb
Ignoring their iron stares
He beheld intensely each of her display
And carefully discerned her hidden tears
For they all had a tale to say
He held her mind as captive
And unshackled gently her heart
Here she found all her answers
For her mind no longer conquered her art
And so this mindless painter
Transformed her life forever
Finally acquiring her bliss
She chased an unfailing endeavour
