"I am a minimalist by collecting things that sparks joy in my life."
—Hi, I've been decluttering since last year, I disposed some of my unused and old clothes, removed excess stuffs in my storage and even done unfollowing most of the people in my social media accounts and this is what I've earned in life, the more you lessen the unwanted things or those excess baggage in your carriers the closer you become to what really matters to you that truly sparks joy.
For others, this collection of mine might be a clutter but for me this is a simple happiness and some sort of relaxation and to stay sane.
Recently, I joined in FB group about penpalling and after a month I am now expecting my first snail nail from someone I don't know personally and still, I found joy from that.
Imagine, I lessen my contact and communication from people I almost knew just to spend time on people I don't know yet? For me, it's not bad to choose your own circle of friends or to choose your own community. Its your life afterall—they're not part of your life now not only because you remove them intentionally but maybe they're no longer the people you need the most in life as well them to you.
So, this is what I've learned and gained. Unloading things, issues, and more in life leads you to the direction where your heart really belongs to and makes you satisfied and contented without the things you used to have.
We have different point of views and different kind of happiness. The things that clutters to you might be someone's gems, before throwing it in garbage make sure it's a total trash coz you never know if it can be a new masterpiece in others life.
Thank you for reading my post. Hope you get some inspo. 🥰
Btw, I am not only collecting those stationeries coz its also part of my small online business—truly small coz it doesn't require a big space for storage and I am enough on that. 😁
You are not only doing business, you are also selling love and passion in every crafts that you do.
