The Storm In My Mind

The storm is back.
And it clouds my mind.

It makes me think of the things
I should not be worrying about.

My failures, my mistakes
The things I shouldn't have done and said.

It makes me feel like a terrible person
It makes me think less of myself.

I feel sorry for the people around me
I feel sorry for myself.

I feel sorry that I exist
I'm just sorry.

I don't know how to face it.
My anxiety is taking a lot from me.
