The Tender Cure Step 2

Info

Anika Singh, the average looking girl who instantaneously took place of the prettiest being with her dance moves, at least that is what true for risabh. She was grey eyed, tall, fair and her round face suited her grey black hairs in the most impeccable way that makes sense if she had a long line of secret admirers.
So, Anika was approaching risabh while his mind was swapping in and out of the memories and real world to confirm her presence. She came closer and questioningly uttered "ma'am?", in the moment risabh realized that versha was still beside him that made his final resurgence to real world.
Ma'am can you come with me? Actually I need to finalize with my dress, anika asked.
Sure.
Risabh don't forget to send me the script! versha said,
Yes, I will send to you asap, he replied.
After waving bye both slowly walked away in the crowd and he returned back to his class.
In the night time risabh was busy in his laptop working on the script, after burying enough time and brain through the tedious task of editing and padding loopholes he had sent the draft to versha to mould final manuscript. But the task didn't ended, they both discussed trivial parts of the story which extended to one more hour to around 4:00 am till then both of them were sleepy enough. I think I'm dozing and since their is no important lecture tomorrow so can we do this in the morning? He questioningly demanded.
Okay, let's meet in the morning, Versha replied. She then switched off the lights, plucked her phone to charger and went to sleep.
After his morning chores risabh emptied his bag to put the math’s notebook and other several documents and started for the lecture. He attended the one hour math’s lecture from 9:00-10:00am, meanwhile versha had messaged him to meet in the pavilion so he packed his stuffs to leave for pavilion. As soon as he left the class he started reminiscing about that girl and encounters with her, anika of course. This favorite pass time of introverts sometimes sounds cheesy but that's the way they analyze and process things.
So he reached pavilion and saw familiar faces of his fellow community members in the stadium. He shook hands with some of them with pleasant gestures and searched for versha but realizing she wasn't in the stadium he texted her, after a minute or two she texted back that she was in hostel and will be there in five minutes. Bring the laptop as I forgot to, risabh texted back. Okay, she replied.
He took seat at the other end of pavilion after exchanging a warm hug with the dance instructor Aditya. Aditya was risabh's senior by one year, He was the law student but since both were in the same team they had a formal relations. Aditya was instructing the students for the hip-hop and anika was one of the many student whom he recognized as soon as he entered the stadium and may be she was the reason he took that seat. Since many others were watching the practice so it doesn't seemed odd. Okay! So we will be practicing one more time and then you all can take rest for fifteen minutes. Is that clear? aditya announced.
Yes sir, many responded in chorus, then they straight-away arranged themselves in matrix of rows and columns. Aditya played the music and after a pause each one of them started spinning and bouncing on the beat and for one more time anika moved one step ahead of most adorable girl for risabh. He tried his best to see and not to see her continuously at same time parallely failing into both his attempts. But who cares when you are in front of those grey eyes ruling into your thoughts.
Okay! We will be meeting here again after twenty minutes. Dismissed! aditya declared in his loud voice.
Risab saw Versha entering the stadium followed by departure of anika and others. After a firm shake hand she took the seat beside him. she took her laptop out of the bag and opened the document that he sent her last night to make some modifications in the same. They did some minor changes in the script and then she forwarded it to the General Secretary for approval. I think they will finalize it by tomorrow, she stated and Risabh nodded to the same.
And where is pranav? She asked.
I don't know. Why? He questioned
I asked him to write several poetries for the fete and what about you?
But they were cancelled  no? He amusingly asked.
No! you both are performing the poetry duet.
Risabh puzzled with idea because he didn't written any piece till then. He called pranav, his stage partner to ask about the poems. The phone ringed but he hung the phone with text that said I'm busy, call you later. Versha told risabh about the poetry requirements and deadline which was of course the next day. Risabh's phone rang when they were discussing, it showed pranav.
Hey! Where were you, he asked as soon as he picked the call.
My exams were going dude so..., Pranav replied.
Okay! Are you free now.
Yes dude.
Come to pavilion then.
Ummm... Actually I'm in the canteen so I will be there in half an hour, Pranav said.
Of course, Risabh nodded and hung the phone.
I think, I should also go and have lunch, risabh stated.
So do me, and bye the way after this dieting thing my craving had increased abruptly. Versha chuckled.
Both laughed and left for their hostels.
Where are you man, pranav questioned over phone.
Mess, since after talking to you I suddenly felt to feed my belly.
Both giggled.
I will be there in five minutes, risabh said
Okay dude, come soon, I'm at the pavilion. Pranav replied.
After finishing his lunch he took his bag and started walking for the pavilion while contemplating the trivial points to put in his poetry. He saw anika approaching the pavilion from the other end. He tried his best to act casual and actually it was not that difficulty since he knew how to or maybe it didn't affected him that much. He reached the gate and so does she at same exact moment.
He was trying to escape as calmly as he could but he suddenly stopped when a voice ran through his ears.
Excuse me sir, anika asked.
Risabh turned to her and he was literally shivering which was not actually visible, but he knew this feeling, the same feeling when he performed his first poetry and did blunder. He could feel the sudden adrenaline rush in his body.
