The truth about destiny

Midnight. I was listening to my playlist while having that "muni muni" mode (Am I the only one doing that?) 😂 I heard this song and remembered something. This song was actually dedicated to me by someone I loved before. For some reason, I was saddened. Not because I haven't moved on. It was long time ago and time healed my heart already. I just realized how love can be so sad. There are love stories that remained kept and hidden. Feelings that were never told, never expressed, never showed. There were what ifs and questions that are left unanswered. Mutual feelings that never worked for them to be together. I wonder why there are stories that remained buried in the hearts of those people. Is it their choice to not let the feelings show? Is it their choice not to pursue the one they love? Were they afraid? Or is not just not the right timing? Is this the reason why some people just settle with other person?

I can remember the man I loved before telling me this lines of a song. That if we're really meant for each other, we'll still end up together. And that fate will eventually let us meet. Yes, I believe in destiny. That God will let your paths cross in His right time. But I also believe that God gave us free will. For us to make the choice. For us to make the decisions. That's why there are wrong choices or wrong decisions.

What am I pointing out with this? If you really love her, don't let her go. The only chance that you have might be the chance that you have today. Don't just rely in destiny. Take risk. You will only have that real love once in your life.
