Through the cosmic shore

A giant ball of rock whirling around another gigantic ball of fire,
With another small reflecting rock as its heir.
It moves around the space-time fabric,
And beats the physics known as classic.

Fortunately here we aren't alone,
But there are billions such rocky balls on this galactic floor.
Waiting for us to open their doors
And to explore the remaining cosmic shore.

The ball of fire rolls around a mysterious spot
That doesn't emit particles a lot.
Nothing escapes its event horizon,
Even the light is sucked up like ions.

This deadly spot is the centre of our cosmic bowl,
Around which all the massive fiery balls revolve.
The gravity of matter doesn't help at all,
But something dark prevents our bowl from a fall.

Our bowl ain't alone on this cosmic shore,
Rather there are many such galactic bowls.
Probably a million or a billion
Or who knows,maybe even more!

All these cosmic bowls move away from each other,
As another dark thing bothers.
But one bowl is moving towards us
That has already created a lot of fuss.

These two cosmic drops of the vast cosmic ocean will someday combine,
Destroying everything and leaving no trace of humankind.
