Time to let go

I think it's time, it's time to set him free. Letting go doesn't mean to stop loving him, letting go means you do really love him but it's not healthy to have him near you anymore. Time will never stop the love hence it'll just prosper the love eventually, you just find yourself looking at him. And he is so happy and you realized that you never saw him that happy with you.

You look into his eyes and you saw hatred, guilt and a prisoner of selfish love. But it's not really his eyes that you saw, you saw yourself, believing that there is love coming from him. You never wanted to believe that you are the only one loving. And that love caused you to be selfish and hold on to him and not let him to be happy. You alone felt happy because you thought that you are really for him and he is really for you.

Until one day you realize that loving him is not having him by your side. But instead you can only show that you really love him if you let him go and stop being so selfish to him and to your bleeding heart. And you saw him with someone and you felt jealous, but later on you felt happy because you saw happiness in his eyes, and your heart flutters because you saw happiness to the person you once loved.

It's time to say goodbye. Even we're not together, I will always be here. I love you and I'm letting you go.
