Info

There is a story telling in every interactions. There is a certain fascination even in the simple act of birds gliding, decreasing or increasing in sizes against the sky; which could either be poetic, meditative or reflective. Writing is art and like every artwork, if conceived from pure intention of love for this art form; it successfully evokes a connection between not only the creator and the created but also builds relationships with the observer or in the case of writing -- the reader. It's a tool to express millions of thoughts only by composing it in a manner that it simulates a narrative which later shapes up into a story.
I'm an artist, a student (mostly), a teacher (sometimes) and a lover. Stories, whether in form of prose, poems, plays, essays or even orally told, are just like having a deep conversation with not just another individual's expressions but also tapping deep within thyself. Storytelling has been a form of education since the ancient times. It has been a very effective way of facilitating knowledge without it seeming to be an enormous task of working up the intellectual or emotional faculties. Then later it transforms into wisdom that helps in understanding life and the nuances of leading it.
As a student of Visual Arts, majoring in Art History, I'm learning to find insights even within a non-verbal language of painting or sculpture. They are visually dismantled -- reassembled to have a discourse around it, which can reveal a narrative even out of an abstract expression.
Writing, reading, painting, sketching and scribbling are my soul warmers. They are my guiding light in this sometimes frightful journey of life. They are my companions who help me reflect on my experiences, however insignificant it might seem, which in turn is therapeutic and liberating. It's a philosophical quest which leads me into discovering a certain pleasure in engaging with the known and unknown.
Buoyantly, this would not be a conclusion but an inevitable end to a new beginning.
