Back to Zayn, Lena and the fearsome flogian couple.

''I can already tell without needing to hear her talking that she is different from the others'' said Juarre to Zayn.

''She didn't act like a one-year old baby at all! Lena is there anything about her you'd like to share with us?'' asked Lareen, Lena's mother.

''No mother it's like i told u before, she never showed any sign of affection towards us since the day she was born, she refused breast feeding, and was born with all her teeth grown up except for the fangs''

''wow, she is one of a kind i must say. must be hard taking care of her'' went Omar.

''No brother, she is just as normal to us as any of the rest of her sisters'' replied Zayn as smiling.

''We will be keeping an eye on Jannah and her sisters, you see your daughters are by far the most interesting case we've came across'' ''Now shall we talk about Summer?, i couldn't help but notice how you two avoid opening any topic that includes her'' said Juarre.

''what about Summer?'' asked Lena.

''I am the one who should be asking that question not you. how is she dealing with her powers and anger? I figured out that i must ask you like that since she doesn't seem to have any intentions of showing us her face ''

At this moment, Lena and Zayn started looking at each other one second and to the ground beneath them the other.

''She is fine now.......she has worked on her anger problems and is better now'' said Lena quietly.

''I won't believe it till i see it myself!'' replied Juarre hastily.

''She, on the other hand, doesn't want to see you. Not after the way you treated her '' again said Lena but this time, with more confidence.

''Don't play the protective mother bear role at me now!, we are merely expressing our concerns over the girl'' Said Juarre angrily.

''no father, the girl needs not your thoughtful concerns. what she really needs is a benevolent, caring grandfather who would love her and know how to contain her even in her most raged times'' Said Lena.

Lareen patted her daughter's back, as if she was asking her to put an end to this topic.

at that moment, Hilda, the maid, was done serving dinner and informed Zayn.

''Just in time!'' said Zayn upon hearing her and invited all guests to the dining room.

Now i know that the table could never be big enough as to fit all the guests, so some of the women chose to eat in the kitchen, and of course Summer joined them.

the family was happy, they laughed and giggled during the feast. they told stories of the big boys when they used to be younger -embarrassing ones- and all were amazed at how precocious they were.

It seemed like the night was too short and unkind as it didn't give this happy family much of time to enjoy their joyful gathering.

but to Summer, she found the night most kind and considerate that it finally put an end to this annoying gathering.

And it wasn't hours later till we saw Zayn and Lena at their doorstep, bidding everyone farewell, asking them to pay visits more often and wishing them a safe journey to their home.

''Wheh! that was a happy ending to this stretched nightmare!'' said Summer in a tone of relief.

''I couldn't agree more on that, big sis'' said Jannah as she peeked from her mother's arms.

''You weren't asleep!'' said her father laughingly.

''I had to play dead while i'm around this bunch of curious relatives'' answered Jannah.

''Is it me or her vocabulary is getting better by the time'' Laughed Hind.

''She gets to learn from the best after all'' said Lena while looking at Hind, Summer and Noor with a censuring Gaze on her face.

''Time to sleep!'' said Noor as rushing inside the house.

''Wait there you lil' weasel! who do you think is gonna help me getting back the house in order?'' Cried Hind as she followed Noor inside the house.

''sigh, im glad at least one of you still have some sense of responsibility'' said Lena as she headed back inside.

Now Zayn and Summer were still outside at the door. ''are you still worried that your grandpa would scold or judge you?'' asked Zayn Summer.

''No, i don't care how he sees me. I just hope that other people wouldn't see me the same way he does'' replied Summer.

''All i know for sure is that you're special, and that's enough for me to love you'' said Zayn as he grabbed his daughter's hand and took her inside the house.
