Manalangin man sa langit
Na sana tayo'y magkalapit
Kahit man lang isang saglit

Upang masabi ko
Ang totoong dinaramdam ng puso
At baka sakaling mabawi ko
Kung anong meron tayo

Masakit mang isipin
Na sa libo-libong dinanas natin
Pinilit mo paring limutin
Ang masayang nakaraan natin

Mahirap man tanggapin
Pilit ko paring lalabanin
Na wala nang tayo
Kundi, ikaw nalang at ako

Pilit kong lilimutin
Ang nadarama nitong aking damdamin
Salamat sa mga saglit na tayo'y nagsama
Kahit man lang sandali naranasan kong sumaya

Tayo-isang letrang hindi na para sa ating dalawa
Pinagtagpo ngunit hindi itinadhana
Lilimutin nalang ang 'tayong' dalawa
Isang pagmamahalang naudlot nalang bigla
