Wander.

Some night I want to,

Go for a long ride to nowhere.

Wander and wander,

Till I find the light.

Light to my soul,

And till I am totally at peace with myself.

And to find the answers to questions,

I will go and drive.

Drive throughout the night,

With music that acts like food to my soul.

I don’t mind going alone,

All though a good company will be cherished.

A person who will be with me in silence of the night,

Because that’s what one longs for.

Someone who can sit with you in silence and enjoy it,

Because silence speaks a million words too.

And even if I will ride alone,

I really won’t be alone.

Because what I really love about long drives,

Is the wind that touches my face,

The music which changes my mood,

The beauty of nature I see all around.

And a lot more which cannot be defined.

A drive away from the noisy city,

Would be a treat for everyone I guess.

But I can find some satisfaction,

On the busy road as well.

Because you eventually forget your own problems,

When you hear the sound of the horns,

And see the traffic all around.

Also when you see around yourself,

You see life.

You see people.

You can observe or notice pedestrians,

And just forget about your problems.

Because suddenly it strikes you,

That you are not in this alone.

Everyone has problems,

Some talk about it, Some don’t.

But we must understand,

That if we win a race without hurdles,

We won’t be as happy as we will be when we win one with them.

Because then we can say,

That we had problems, We faced them and we won!
