WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?

As I walked into my room, I saw a girl staring at me. I didn't recognize her at first for she changed a lot. Her hair looked messy and there were bags under her eyes. There were tears on her face and it felt like she just wanted to fade away.  "Why are you crying?", I asked but she didn't respond.

I closed my eyes and tried to remember her. Until I realized that she was that girl I saw yesterday. I saw her with a genuine smile and I heard how happy her laugh seemed to be. But what happened tonight? Why did her smiles and laughs become tears and pain? Where are those people she was just talking to yesterday?

I looked back at her with questions on my mind. I didn't know if she has the answers but it looked like she's clueless about it. My tears fell down as she was crying. 

I asked her again, "Why are you crying?" and it made her cry even more. I felt sorry. 

I got hurt knowing that she's not as happy as she has been yesterday. I wanted to wipe her tears, I wanted to calm her down and I wanted to embrace her until she stops.

For I know her.

She's that girl who loves to help people. Helps people to stand, to move on, to adjust, to be strong... she helps people in every way she thinks she can. She's that girl who could do anything for the people she loves without expecting something in return. But this time, she's the one looking for help, she's the one who wants someone to do something for her, she's the one who's in need, so I asked her...

"What do you want me to do?"

I asked her for I can feel what she's feeling. I wanted to tell her that she doesn't deserve to cry for she has a good heart and a happy soul.

"What do you want me to do?" I asked.

After a few seconds of silence, finally, she answered.

"Leave this mirror, go to your bed and sleep. Stop talking to yourself. It's just a bad day not a bad life."

And yes, it's just a bad day. Tomorrow is another day.
