Solution 1) Run the QuickBooks File Doctor tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub application

Solution 2) Use the Auto Data Recovery feature of QuickBooks to recover the company file
1.At first, you need to create a folder with the name QBTest on the desktop.
2.Press Windows + E keys simultaneously to open the File Explorer.
3.Access the folder containing company files by using the following path:
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files.
4.Look for the folder named QuickBooksAutoDataRecovery and open it.
5.From the folder, copy the .TLG.adr and .QBW.adr files and paste them to the QBTest folder that you have created on the desktop.
6.Open the QBTest folder, right-click the .TLG.adr file, and then choose the Rename option.
7.Remove .adr from the filename.
8.Similarly, remove .adr from the name of the .QBW.adr file.
9.Open the QuickBooks Desktop application and then select the File menu.
10.Choose the Open or Restore Company option from the drop-down menu.
11.Select the Open a company file option and then click on the Next button.
12.Now, choose the company file stored on the QBTest folder and then click on the Open button.
13.If prompted, type the QuickBooks company file username and password.
