When to Quit?

Nobody wants to quit. Be it a relationship or be it any goal or whatever but then sometimes its hard to decide whether to hold on or to call it off.

So when should we quit and why should we quit. We have been taught since childhood to be patient, to literally bear with people or circumstances but for how long? Is it wise enough to do so?

Rather than bearing with a situation shouldn't we choose to quit? If that makes us happy or that gives us freedom from our pains shouldn't we just quit? The age old mentality of compromise and patience is to some extent wrong in its very concept. The more you bear the more you will feel trapped, you will feel a guilt, you will feel dependent and finally seek freedom.

So ultimately the question remains there. Should we tolerate things just because our forefathers have done the same or should we do something that makes us happy.

So shouldn't you give up when you see no hope at all? Shouldn't you give up when it is the only option left? When there is no harm in giving up why not try it as well. Quitting is not a sign of weakness. Quitting just means that the thing which you have been fighting for this long doesn't matter to you anymore.
It can be anything. Once a person knows the right time to quit he will be satisfied with life.

At some point you must understand that you will get what you deserve and you never know quitting something may lead you to a thing far better than what you have been chasing all the while.

It may hurt but then staying may prove to  be more brutal.
