Who is the boy?

"Hey! Who are you?" the cute boy asked with a cute smile on his face. His eyes shined like that of a cat even in the morning day light. Alex looked into his eyes in amaze until Lucy called her aloud, "Heyyyy Alex! Let's go. Class has been dismissed. Let's go to the cafeteria." while waving her hand in the air.

Alex realises that the boy is still holding her hand. She shook it off with a surprise on her face.
"I am sorry." saying Alex runs to her savior with a blush.
"Are you alright Alex? Your face has turned red. Did that stupid boy say something to you?"
"No it's alright. I am fine. Let's go to cafeteria."

Both the girls went to cafeteria.
"Alex, what would you like to have?"
Alex gave no reply.
"Ummm.... Alex." still no reply from Alex.
"Hey Alex" shouts Lucy.
Alex jumps with a surprise, "What... What is it Lucy?"
"I asked what do you want for lunch?" Lucy asks her again with patience.
"Same what you'll have."
"Okay... Cool."
Lucy goes to bring their lunch while Alex waits at the bench wondering about today's incident.

Lucy returns with the lunch watching Alex wondering in her own world. "Alex.. here's your lunch."
"Thanks.." replies Alex with a soft voice still wondering.
Lucy notices changes in Alex behavior.
"Ummm... Alex, is there something bothering you?"
"No, nothing. Why do you ask?"
"Because you are eating air with your spoon."
Alex looks down watching empty spoon in her hand. Alex takes a deep sigh.
"What is it Alex? If something is wrong you know you can tell me. My ears and brain are always available for you." Lucy looks at Alex with a hope.
"Ummmmm... It's just..."
"Yeah, what is it?" Lucy's expression changes from hope to excitement.
"Never mind. It's just a foolish thing."
"Come-on... Tell me. What is it?"
"It's just about that boy earlier."
"Ehhhh...." Lucy says with disappointment, "Who? That stupid boy. What about him?"
"Who was he?" Lucy asks while still wondering, "I mean what is his name?"

"Jacob..." a voice from the back of Lucy suddenly speaks in her ears, "It's Jacob."
